8. Publish your Package

When you publish a package, you are making it available in the Store where your customers can see it and purchase it.

1. Publish your package

To publish your package
  1. On the Package Details screen (on any tab), click Publish.
  2. A confirmation pop-up is displayed. Click "Yes" to proceed.

The package is now marked as 'Published'.

Once a package is published, only certain details can be edited. You cannot alter the components or pricing for a published package as such changes would affect the orders and billing.

2. View it in the Package List screen

To view the Package list screen
  1. On the Package Details screen (on any tab), click the Back to Catalog link.
  2. The Package List screen is displayed.
  3. In the 'Show' filter dropdown, select "Published" and click Filter.

You should see the published package in the list. NB. The package details will differ depending on the pricing package model you selected.

3. View it in the Customer Store

You can also view the package in the Customer Portal > Store, as the customer would see it.

To view your package in the Store
  1. In a browser, navigate to the Customer Portal URL.
  2. Navigate to the Store zone.
  3. In the Store categories, select "Cleaning & Maintenance".

You should see your Ultimate Clean package, now available for purchase. NB. The package details will differ depending on the pricing package model you selected.

That's it! You've published your first package.
