In this section you can set up order notifications and terms and conditions for the package, including:
- Order Email Recipients - enables you to send order notifications to agents/suppliers when a customer purchases the package.
- Raise Requests Against Package - use this to indicate whether the customer can raise support requests against the package.
- What's Next - use this to provide information to the customer they may need to know after purchase. This information is displayed to the customer on the Store Wizard > Confirmation screen.
- Terms and Conditions - allows you to specify Terms and Conditions associated with the purchase and use of the package, if applicable.
For the purposes of this tutorial, we will add some next steps information for the customer.
To add processing instructions
- Click the Processing tab. The Processing screen is displayed.
- Click Edit Processing.
- Ignore Order Email Recipients. If specified, this enables you to send order notifications to agents/suppliers when a customer purchases the package.
- Ignore "Raise Requests Against Package". If ticked, the customer is enabled to raise support requests against the package.
- For 'What's Next', enter:

- Ignore "Terms and Conditions". If specified, this applies Terms and Conditions to the package. The customer must accept these to purchase the package.
- Click Save.
