| The following illustrates the customer experience when requesting a quotation in the Store. It assumes that a Quotation-based package has been published. |
A quotation is requested in the same way that a package is purchased in the Store. At the end of the Store wizard, a customer does not make a 'purchase', rather they submit a quote request. The request is dependent on a quotation being provided. NB. The customer does not commit to the purchase until they accept the quote.
The following are examples of the Store Wizard screens for a Quotation Package.
