The Customers > Requests tab displays a list of requests for a specific customer.
From the Requests tab, you can:
- Raise a request on behalf of a customer. See Raising a Customer Request.
- View details for a specific request.
To view requests for a specific customer
- Navigate to the Customers zone.
- Locate the required customer.
- In the Customer Management area for the customer, click the 'Requests' tab.
The Request list page is displayed, for example (click image to expand):
All support requests and package orders for the customer are displayed on this screen.
