NB. The Sales tab is only available once a package has been published.
The Package Sales screen displays sales-related information such as:
- Date the package was purchased
- List of customers who bought the package
- Total revenue derived from the package sales
- The One Off and Recurring charges
- The subscription start and end periods, if applicable.
The Sales screen provides the following purchases statistics:
- Total One Off - this is total of all One Off charges for the package.
- Purchase Date - the date the package was purchased.
- Account - the customer's account name.
- Order Number - the package order reference.
- One Off - the One Off charges for the package as selected by the customer.
- Recurring - the recurring charges for the package as selected by the customer.
- Start Date - if a subscription (recurring package), this is the date that the subscription began.
- End Date - if a subscription (recurring package), this is the date that the subscription ended.
To view sales for a package
- Navigate to the Catalog zone.
- Click on the Packages tab.
- On the Packages list screen, use the filters to find published packages. Select the required package.
- On the Package Details screen, click the Sales tab.
