| You can use the unread comment functionality as a basic reminder-system - flag a request as 'Unread' so you'll know to come back to it later. |
A request is flagged as 'Unread' when a customer adds a comment to a request that has not yet been read. The flag is cleared when you view the request details screen for that request.
You can flag the request as unread again by clicking the 'Mark as Unread' action on the request details screen.
