Unread Comments

You can use the unread comment functionality as a basic reminder-system - flag a request as 'Unread' so you'll know to come back to it later.

A request is flagged as 'Unread' when a customer adds a comment to a request that has not yet been read. The flag is cleared when you view the request details screen for that request.

You can flag the request as unread again by clicking the 'Mark as Unread' action on the request details screen.

To mark a request as 'Unread'
  1. On the request details screen, click the Mark as Unread link.
  2. The Requests list page is displayed.

The request is flagged as Unread.

To view a list of unread requests
  1. On the request list screen, select the states you wish to filter by.
  2. Tick the 'Reply Needed' box.

The Requests list is updated to display those requests that match the states you selected and require a reply.
