Request Notifications

There are two kinds of request notifications:

  • Global - these notifications are sent to a general email address, whenever a request is created.
  • Individual - these notifications are sent to the specific agent assigned to the request.

Global notifications

In order for global notification emails to be sent, you must add an appropriate email address for each in the Settings zone. See Setting up Email Notifications for more information.

Global notification emails can notify you when a new support request is raised, a package is purchased, or a subscription is cancelled, etc.

Order notifications

The following is a list of email notifications for purchases/orders:

  • Package Order Received - sent when a package is purchased in the Store.
  • Package Subscription Cancelled - sent when a subscription to an existing package is cancelled.
  • Quote Requested - sent when a customer requests a quote in the Store.
  • Quote Accepted - sent when a customer accepts a quote that has been submitted.

Support Request notifications

The following email notification is for support requests:

  • Support Request Received - sent when a customer creates a new support request.

Individual notifications

Individual notifications emails are also sent to an agent when they are assigned a support request/package order. The notification is sent to the agent's email address (specified against the agent's account in the Settings > Agents > Edit Agent screen).
