| You can preview a package at any time, often this is a useful way of seeing how various components, options and charges will be presented to the customer. |
Before you publish any package to the Store, it is good practice to preview it as the customer will see it in the Store.
- Navigate to the Catalog zone.
- Click the Packages tab.
- On the Packages list screen, select the package you wish to preview.
- On the Package Details screen, click the Preview link to display the Preview Wizard.
- Click through the Preview Wizard to verify your package looks okay.
The following describes the three screens in the Preview Wizard. NB. The screenshots will differ depending on the pricing package model you selected.
1. Package details screen
This contains the marketing details of our package. The customer sees this when they click into the package from the Store list page. Click "Proceed to Checkout" to view the next screen.

2. Configure screen
The Configure screen is where the customer sets up their package. In our example, we can see the Room Cleaning component, the Cleaning Type variation and options, the 'Number of Rooms' quantity and the customer questions regarding the Visit Time and Address Details. You can click the various options and see how the pricing panel updates the total cost.
3. Review screen
The Review screen displays the breakdown of One Off and Weekly charges for the Package, based on the selections made. At this point the customer then purchases the package.
NB. You cannot preview the Confirmation screen - this is only displayed to the customer once they have purchased the package.
