You can cancel a package order at any time by manually setting any component order to "Cancelled". Once a component has been Cancelled, the package order state is changed to Cancelled as well.
NB. You can only cancel an order that is not yet Successful.
To manually cancel an order
- Navigate to the Requests zone.
- In the Requests list, select the package order you wish to cancel.
- On the Package Order Request details page, scroll down to the 'Components in this package' section.
- Select a component order and click on its status to display the state change dropdown.
- In the state change dropdown, click "Cancelled".
- A confirmation pop-up is displayed. Click "Yes, change the state" to proceed.
The Component Order and the Package Order is set to "Cancelled".
NB. The other component orders will not change state. You will need to manually cancel these component orders to close off all orders associated with the package.
