There may be cases where a support request simply cannot be resolved, is no longer applicable or simply incorrect and needs to be cancelled.
You can cancel a support request at any time.
To cancel a support request
- Navigate to the Requests zone.
- In the Requests list, select the request to be cancelled.
- On the support request Request details page, click the status dropdown.
- In the status dropdown, click "Cancelled".
- A confirmation pop-up is displayed, click "Yes, change the state" to proceed.
The Support Request is set to "Cancelled".
