Cancelling a Support Request

There may be cases where a support request simply cannot be resolved, is no longer applicable or simply incorrect and needs to be cancelled.

You can cancel a support request at any time.

To cancel a support request
  1. Navigate to the Requests zone.
  2. In the Requests list, select the request to be cancelled.
  3. On the support request Request details page, click the status dropdown.
  4. In the status dropdown, click "Cancelled".
  5. A confirmation pop-up is displayed, click "Yes, change the state" to proceed.

The Support Request is set to "Cancelled".
