Agent permissions

Two (2) new permissions are exposed for agent accounts. The permissions allow operators to control who has access to cancelling orders and closing customer accounts. The new permissions are controlled when editing the agent's account details.

Faster reports

We have significantly reduced the time it takes to download reports. They should only take a few seconds to download now!

Improved payment processing

We have improved the customer experience when handling payment errors providing clear error reporting and basic actions when dealing with payment issues.

Customer imports

Operators with suitable permissions (access to Customers and System Configuration) can now perform a number of bulk operations to their customer data. It is possible to bulk upload new customers, update existing customer data and associate customers with locations as either owners and/or tenants.

Location imports

Operators with suitable permissions (access to Locations and System Configuration) can now perform a number of bulk operations to their location data. It is possible to bulk upload new locations, update existing location data and for tenants with multiple stores, you can add and remove locations to and from stores.

Closing accounts

When closing a customer account, sometimes is cannot be closed immediately due to outstanding orders, non-zero account balances etc... Under this scenario, accounts go into a CLOSING state so that an operator can action the outstanding issues before being CLOSED. Sometimes you might not have wanted to close a customer account. Now there is a way to re-activate an account being closed, ie. in the CLOSING state.
