Leap Plaza 1.3.8 was released on Thursday June 30, 2011 AEST.

Billing and payments

Purchases and charges are now rolled up to the package level and include more details about the transactions. This improves the readability of customer billing, customer statements and the ability to correlate charges with payments.

Invoices have been renamed to Tax Invoice/Statements. Likewise references to Invoice in both portals have been renamed to Statement.

Catalog management

You can now override the calculated minimum price advertised in the store for a package by specifying Override Display Price text.

Custom CSS styling

Leap can be configured to utilise an external style sheet to customise styling.

Topical user guides, tutorials and API documentation has been released to coincide with this release.

Email notifications

New Leap Plaza emails are included for payments and customer registration.

Redesigned customer emails

  • Customer self registration - account active.
  • Customer self registration - account pending activation.
  • Customer self registration - account activated by agent.
  • Agent creates a customer account.

New customer emails

  • Agent makes an offline payment for a customer (manual credit card, cash, EFTPOS or cheque).
  • Agent makes an online credit card payment for a customer.

New agent emails

  • Customer makes an online purchase.
  • Customer pays account charges online.

Integration with Get Satisfaction

Single Sign-On integration with the Get Satisfaction feedback website (www.getsatisfaction.com). If required, this is configured by Majitek support.

Order processing

The ordering workflow introduces a new "Payment Pending" state relating to "in person" payments of packages. That is, those purchases that are not completed online via credit card.

A new "Quoted" order state has been introduced. This state applies after an agent has submitted a price for a quotation. Improved error handling around quotation accept/decline race conditions is available.

Image loading improved

Image files have been scaled to improve the loading speed of pages.

Property Search

The Property Search now includes the External Property ID and the search engine has been improved. This also includes the dynamic property searches, such as on the customer registration page.

Reports

  • Reconciliation report - a new transaction report provides package level charges, payments and adjustments making it easier for agents to reconcile payments to purchases and general package sales information.
  • Daily purchases report - a new report that provides a daily sum of component and package purchases to assist with revenue dispersal.
  • Report dashboard - a reporting dashboard presents real-time information of statistics, key sales and performance indicators.

Time zone support

Emails and reports now reflect correct date and times, reflecting the time zone of the Customer Portal.

BUG Fixes

  • A fix has been applied where the package management pages were not loading due to certain conditions where a component/variation was deleted from a package.
  • We corrected an encoding issue for our emails, where some email subject lines were unreadable due to special characters being used in Package names.
  • A fix was applied when specifying multiple email addresses using commas or semicolons.
